In this session, you’ll learn how to design effective training by identifying key framework conditions like your target group, learning goals, and organizational context. You’ll see how to: define clear, measurable objectives, select the right methods, media, and formats to match those objectives, use tools and templates that make the process faster and easier, all participants will leave with a structured training concept they can immediately apply to their work.
